Mr. Chotu

Mr.Chotu is Ragini's bodyguard, who sometimes attends her college to give her things and to guard her. His voice is high pitched like a mouse, but in the first few episodes this is kept a secret. He dosn't speak in his mouse-like voice because he thinks that nobody will take him seriously. He tells "Huh!" in a big voice to scare others. He is Zee's new best friend. Jango the school bully and Mandal sir are scared of him.
